General provisions.

The operator of this Website pays particular attention to respecting privacy of users visiting the Website. The Privacy Policy applies to all kinds of private information and personal data collected through the website for purposes for which they are collected and processed.

Processing of personal data.

The administrator of personal data is Podwysocki sp. j. with its registered office in Łódź, at ul. Lodowa 92, 93- 232 Łódź, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court of Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Division of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000247889.

Personal data are processed for handling correspondence by means of the contact form and will not be made available to data recipients, within the meaning of Art. 7 paragraph 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to process the query by means of the contact form. Personal data will not be sold to third parties, in particular it will not be transferred to third parties for the purpose of forwarding promotional material.

Data storage.

Personal data submitted by users via the contact form are stored by the Website administrator through the hosting provider, according to the principles set out in the Polish law, in particular the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (uniform text Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item 926).

Collected server logs (IP address, domain, time of arrival of the query, browser type) are stored for an indefinite period of time and are used for generating statistics that are useful for administering the Website and server. Such summaries are cumulative and do not contain identifying characteristics of visitors of website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.

The right to information and revoking consent to data processing.
